My grandfather is buried here, he was a CSM in the Coldstream Guards and was awarded a DCM during WW1.

Nice video. The founder of Chelsea F.C. is indeed Henry Augustus Mears or Gus as he was known. Richard Tauber the famous opera singer is also buried near the Pankhurst plot. Sometimes walk through it on the way to the match.

brilliant video,being a member of the friends of brompton cemetery for several years and also having donated an organ to the cemetery chapel for its use,I am a supporter of all the good work that is done there in preserving such a wonderful place..anyone who is interested should try and come along to the annual open day which is held in July every year or alternatively on one of the London Open House Weekends

Brilliant video,I am a member of the friends of brompton cemetery and also several years ago,donated an organ to the cemetery chapel for its use,i have taken many photo`s in and around this beautiful cemetery which is one of the most well kept and maintained I have seen so far,people who are interested should come along to the annual open day in July and see more for themselves

Beautiful! I’ve only been able to get to this cemetary once but it remains one of the most beautiful I have ever been too and its stuck in my memory. Just so very beautiful.
